Alcatraz Cruise Directions: Go to the Groups window at Pier 33 to collect your ticket. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure and present your departure time, ticket quantity, first and last name as well as our company name. Don't forget to bring your ID's!

Good to know
• The tour package is two tours over and can be done same day or the day after. The Alcatraz tour will be on the date that you book, the Electric Bike rental will be on the day after unless requested for the same day. You will be informed approximately 4 days before your Alcatraz trip is scheduled to depart on your exact Alcatraz departure time.
• After booking, the Alcatraz date cannot be adjusted
• Credit card with ID (one per party) is required to be on file for a security deposit
• Alcatraz voucher and a valid photo ID for all travelers will be required to pick up your Alcatraz tickets at Pier 33
What to expect
This self guided bike rental includes all-electric bikes. Once visitors have finished the first, morning tour- a visit to Alcatraz Island- they can hop on over to pick u E bikes to explore San Francisco. We include helmet and lock so riders can stop off at cafes or museums.
The city has so much to offer including the waterfont, Golden Gate Bridge with its wide bike path, Marina, Presidio, Famous beaches, dozens of micro neighborhoods including North Beach Little Italy, Chinatown, Dogpatch, Mission, Castro, Haight Ashbury, painted Ladies & More!
